the story is itself very good…and translation must have been excellent if you still remember the book. read english as well. the original is always the best.

hi shanky… LB here.. i read that book years ago.. i guess abt 10 years ago da.. but still i remember how it made me feel.. its a wonderful piece of work.. i read it in telugu, and still the magic in it wasnt lost..

u would also want to read ‘to kill a mocking bird’ – in case u have’nt that is. its a heartwarming story told from the eyes of a lil girl – and presents a wonderful perspective on coloured people and how they should be treated.
